30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at hello@luxlayer.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Receive Authorization

We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them

Items must be in original packaging with all tags and labels attached

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

You must have the original order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items (custom colors, sizes, or designs)

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Items returned without prior authorization

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

  1. Return your original item following our return process
  2. Once we process your return, you'll receive a refund
  3. Place a new order for the item you'd like instead

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible while we process your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in quality control, but if you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
  • Return shipping will be covered by LuxLayer
  • Defective items can be returned even after 30 days

Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged/Defective Items: LuxLayer will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
