Terms of Sale

Your order is accepted once your payment goes through and you receive an email receipt. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item turns out to be unavailable, if a price or description on our site was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud.

Because every piece is made to order, you can change or cancel an order only within 2 hours of placing it. Email us at luxlayerdesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to.

All prices are in US dollars. Checkout shows your total, including shipping, before you pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. We never see or store your full card number.

We ship to the United States and Canada only. Shipping is a flat $10 per order, and free on orders of $100 or more. Items take 3-5 business days to produce (5-7 for custom orders) before they ship, and we email you a tracking number when they do. See our Shipping page for details.

Orders shipped to Canada may be charged import duties or taxes on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original condition and packaging. Custom and personalized items can't be returned unless they're defective. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Our Returns page explains how to start a return.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos and we'll replace it at no cost to you.

Every piece is 3D printed to order, so small variations in color, texture, and layer lines are normal and aren't defects. Colors can also look different from one screen to another.

Our products are decorative. They aren't intended for direct contact with food, and they can warp above 140°F (60°C) or with long exposure to direct sunlight.
